Autumn is a time when we start to think about eating some heartier food. Chicken and orzo soup, pumpkin bread, hot chocolate and one of my favs- buckwheat pancakes. Buckwheat is one of the most complete proteins found in the plant world. It is used to make buckwheat groats, soba noodles and blinis (tiny crepes you top with caviar and sour cream).
